York Beach
The owners of this home had water and erosion problems leading to their front door. They wanted a new walkway and to resolve these issues, all while not disturbing the established landscape.

Our solution was to install a very large granite landing at the base of the door. This enabled us to bring the original grade down, and with a four inch drainage pipe redirect the water coming down the slope.

To maintain continuity with the landing we used rough cut granite slabs to build the walkway and a few steps. All while not harming the existing landscape.
